Patrick Stiles, RMT

I am a graduate of Sutherland School and Teaching Clinic in Toronto, Ontario and have been practicing massage therapy in Guelph since 2007.  Initially, I was located at the University of Guelph’s Health and Performance Centre, and currently I practice out of Wellington Ortho & Rehab on Dawson Road in Guelph, Ontario.
I have experience treating athletes from a wide variety of sports.  Highlights: Two seasons with the Guelph Storm Hockey Club (home and away), UofG Football & Women's Hockey, elite-level Triathletes and Olympic Wrestlers and Curlers at both National and International events.
Prior to becoming a massage therapist, I spent more than a decade as a working actor and was fortunate to travel to many places across the globe. I also have a background in fitness and personal training at the Toronto Athletic Club, and The Athletic Club in Guelph, ON.  I work professionally as a singer/dancer/actor still from time to time, but devote most of my time to my massage practice and treating clients.
When I'm not at work, my interests and activities include working out, hockey, snowboarding, moksha yoga, kitesurfing, piano, walking the dog...the list never ends

I am a graduate of the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy School in Cambridge, Ontario and have been practicing at Wellington Ortho & Rehab, Guelph Sports Massage since October of 2010.
I have experience with sports massage, palliative care and multiple sclerosis due to my outreaches at CCMH School. My main focus is deep tissue massage, although I can help with many conditions such as repetitive strain injuries, sports injuries, chronic pain, tension headaches, tendonitis, muscle tension/spasm, anxiety and depression...etc. I enjoy pregnancy massage and plan to pursue further education and certifications in Lymphatic Drainage.
Naturally I am born to be a very quiet and shy person. Massage Therapy is a profession that has helped build my self-confidence as well as increase my interaction with the public in places I never thought I would be. I believe in the natural healing effect of massage therapy and its miracle of replacing medication. I value massage therapy as one of the best gifts you can give your body and I am so blessed to be a part of helping people feel better.
Formerly, I worked in a factory. The repetition of the assembly line gradually caused my body to ache, and massage therapy had quickly become my choice of health care to relieve pain and muscle tension. The thought of becoming a Registered Massage Therapist then came into my mind. The ability to provide excellent health care, to help others, and to increase their sense of well-being had inspired my dedication to study.

Olivia P. Guanzon, RMT

I am a graduate of the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy in Cambridge, Ontario and joined the team at Guelph Sports Massage/ Wellington Ortho & Rehab in October of 2011.

Throughout my outreach programs, I have focused my treatment on sports massage & palliative care.  I am building a practice fueled by passion for restorative massage and its provision of a balanced and healthy lifestyle.

I am an empathetic individual who enjoys helping people in achieving their goals towards healing and improving their health.  Massage Therapy is a profession that has helped me understand the need of more positive touch in our lives by relaxing the body and mind.  I feel very blessed to have the opportunity of becoming part of this profession and am able to facilitate health and healing through pain management.

My goals are to help create balance in the body and promote positive changes to people's health and wellbeing through therapeutic massage techniques and home care exercises.

During my leisure time, my hobbies and interests include yoga, working out, taekwondo, spending time with my families and friends and reading books.
